Valid SIA license (or in the process of obtaining one).

First aid Level 2 or above

Excellent conflict resolution skills.

First-rate communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

Prior security or related experience is advantageous.

Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
